Two studios plus a full green room suite and production booth. Open catering throughout.

Main Studio

Capacity: 600 seated · 900 standing

Our primary event space. 12,000 sq ft with 50-foot ceilings, a 12-channel DMX lighting grid, and full broadcast-grade AV integration — built for events that need serious production infrastructure.

Technical specs:

  • 4K laser projection (front and rear configurations; 2.4:1 screen ratio)
  • Line-array PA — JBL VTX series, 8-channel stereo plus fills
  • DMX lighting grid — 64 addressable moving heads, wash, and ambient fixtures
  • Two PTZ cameras (1080p/4K switchable) wired to production booth for streaming
  • 30A service circuits on all four perimeter walls for catering service stations
  • Full-perimeter motorized blackout curtains — complete darkness in 3 minutes

Loading: Three shared loading bays adjacent to the space. Coordinate dock times with neighboring soundstage tenants when booking.

Secondary Studio

Capacity: 250 seated · 300 standing

The Secondary Studio is our mid-size flexible space. 3,200 sq ft with 24-foot ceilings, direct connection to the Main Studio via a 30-foot acoustic sliding partition.

Typical configurations:

  • Classroom (200 seats) — large-group training or breakout session
  • Hollow square (60 people) — executive roundtable
  • Banquet rounds (200 seated dinner) — paired with Main Studio cocktail hour
  • Overflow / simulcast from Main Studio

AV: A/V package includes a 15,000-lumen laser projector, handheld and lapel mics, and a 16-channel Dante audio interface. Connects to the Main Studio production booth for simulcast events.

Green Room Suite

Capacity: 30 occupants

A dedicated green room suite directly adjacent to the Main Studio stage entrance. Designed for performers, keynote speakers, and VIP guests who need a private prep area.

Includes:

  • Private kitchen (microwave, full-size refrigerator, coffee station, wet bar)
  • 3 individual dressing areas with lighted mirrors
  • 75-inch display monitor with stage feed from PTZ camera 1
  • Intercom to production booth
  • Private restroom (ADA compliant)
  • Direct stage entrance — no crossing the main event floor

Production Booth

Capacity: 6 operators

The Production Booth overlooks the Main Studio through a full-width glass wall. It’s the nerve center for broadcast events, streaming productions, and complex lighting/sound setups.

Installed equipment:

  • Video switcher (ATEM Constellation 8K with StreamDeck control surface)
  • Streaming encoder — outputs RTMP to any destination; tested with YouTube, Vimeo Live, LinkedIn Live, Zoom Webinar
  • Audio mixing console (32-channel digital, recallable scene memory)
  • Lighting control — MA3 console for DMX grid
  • Three 27-inch reference monitors
