South Lake Union, Seattle · Annual tech conference · 520 guests · Mar 2026

We ran a two-day conference here and it was the best production experience we’ve had in Seattle. Daniela sent us a full technical brief within 24 hours of our first inquiry, which set the tone for the whole engagement. The PTZ cameras + streaming setup handled our hybrid audience without a single dropped feed.

Bring your own catering — we used a local company and the 30A circuits along the perimeter made the service stations seamless. Genuinely impressive facility.

Fremont, Seattle · Product launch · 380 guests · Jan 2026

We did a theatrical product launch with fog effects, moving lights, and a full PA. The DMX grid handled our lighting designer’s cues perfectly and the blackout curtains were essential for our pre-reveal buildup. The production booth crew was incredibly professional.

Bonus: the loading bays are a real operational advantage — our staging crew had everything rigged in 4 hours, which would have taken twice as long in most venues.

Capitol Hill, Seattle · Nonprofit gala · 280 guests · Nov 2025

Genuinely great venue and an impressive AV setup. The full blackout capability made our presentation moment really land.

Minor note: there’s no natural light, which my team initially loved for control reasons but felt a little stark for our cocktail reception. The venue is upfront about this — it’s a soundstage, not a loft. We solved it with uplighting, which looked beautiful, but budget that in if atmosphere is important for your reception portion.

Would use again for the right event type.

Bellevue, WA · Corporate all-hands · 600 guests · Sep 2025

Had to accommodate our entire Seattle office for a major announcement. Aurora was the only venue in the city with the AV infrastructure to handle 600 seats, a proper stage, and streaming to our remote workforce simultaneously.

Daniela’s team was methodical — pre-event technical checklist, dedicated point of contact day-of, post-event debrief. This is a production company that happens to be a venue.

Eastlake, Seattle · Live concert + streaming · 700 guests · Aug 2025

We hosted a hybrid concert — 700 in the room, 3,400 watching the stream. The PTZ camera setup and the production booth handled the dual-output smoothly and our online audience numbers were the best we’d had for any virtual event.

The perimeter service circuits, ample loading bays, and Daniela’s coordination made the load-in feel unhurried — for a hybrid concert at this scale, that’s rare. Exceptional facility.
